Jaehun Woo is an architectural designer and researcher based in San Luis Obispo, CA. Upon graduating from MIT, he contributed his expertise as a façade consultant at Front Inc. in New York.
Jaehun engages in intense research on the logistics of building and architecture, reinterpreting the entangled nature of architectural practice, from the origin of materials to the labor of individual workers at the building site.
He earned the AIA Henry Adams Medal and the Imre Halasz Thesis Prize during his Master of Architecture studies at MIT, after graduating at the top of his class with a Bachelor of Architecture from Yonsei University, Seoul.
He currently holds the position of Assistant Professor in Architecture at the California Polytechnic State University College of Architecture and Environmental Design in San Luis Obispo, CA.
